BERLIN, 17. AUGUST 2018. The board of directors of mybet Holding SE today filed for insolvency at the Charlottenburg district court. ANYBET GmbH and SWS Service GmbH, which belong to the mybet group, are also affected by the application. It became necessary to go to the insolvency court after the investor talks held at the holding level failed several days ago.
The mybet group is a provider of sports betting and online casino games. It licensed in several European countries with headquarters in Berlin and locations in Cologne and Malta. mybet offers its betting and gaming products via the Internet platform mybet.com as well as via a franchise system in stationary mybet betting shops. As a B2B service provider, the group also supplies regional betting providers in Europe and Africa.
