BERLIN, 11 August, 2015. The insolvency administrator Prof. Dr. Torsten Martini can fully settle the claims of all insolvency creditors of Hagemann & Partner Gesellschaft für Umweltschutz.
Hagemann & Partner Gesellschaft für Umweltschutz mbH, which was founded in the late 1980s and has been in family hands ever since, designed, assembled, sold and repaired refuse collection vehicles and presses as well as other disposal systems. It did not manufacture the typical large garbage trucks, but rather the small ones that were designed for specific applications (e.g. cemeteries, alleyways). With the opening of the insolvency proceedings in May 2012, the creditors were able to register their claims in the insolvency table in accordance with section 38 of the Insolvency Statute and will now receive a quota of 100%. The distribution will be possible by the end of the year.
In addition, the subordinated creditors of the insolvency proceedings may also be satisfied, if necessary on a pro rata basis. A request by the insolvency court to file these claims, section 174 (3) sentence 1 of the Insolvency Statute, will also be issued this year.
