BERLIN, 29 JULY 2015. On 1 August, Berlin lawyer Jennifer Brenke, 33, will move from Berwin Leighton Paisner Germany to LEONHARDT RATTUNDE. In the Berlin office of the firm, which specializes in insolvency administration and corporate restructuring, Brenke will support the insolvency teams and expand international restructuring consulting.
Most recently, Brenke joined Berwin Leighton Paisner in 2012 as an associate in the international finance sector. Her focus was on legal advice on all aspects of financing and refinancing real estate portfolios as well as on structured financial products.
“Restructuring and reorganization are becoming increasingly international. Cross-border insolvencies are daily business. With the international experience of Jennifer Brenke, we want to further strengthen our position here,” explained Prof. Dr. Torsten Martini, Managing Partner of LEONHARDT RATTUNDE.
On 1 May, Sibylle Gohlke, 50 years old and a specialist lawyer for insolvency and employment law, moved from Klaas & Kollegen to the Düsseldorf office of LEONHARDT RATTUNDE. Jan Patrick Röcker, a specialist lawyer for insolvency law, has been working in the Berlin office since September last year and has also come from Klaas & Kollegen.

Also in January, Suhrkamp Verlag was converted into a stock corporation after a insolvency protection proceedings with Prof. Rattunde as administrator.
